This is a hotel that I regularly visit for staycations. Late check-out is convenient and they are always friendly and very nice😊

This is my nth time visiting M Felice💚💚💚 I think it's the best among the hotels near Balsan Station💕 It's clean and the interior is pretty and nice🩵

It's a pity that breakfast time was a little late. It would be nice if they opened about 30 minutes earlier. I woke up early and went downstairs, but I couldn't check the time properly and the door was open, so I got scolded by the staff while unpacking my food. I was in a hurry and left after eating, but my personal opinion is that it would be better to open at least 30 minutes earlier for customers who are on business trips.

Hotels in the top 4 hotels in Seoul are very expensive, so I chose a place where I could get there within 20 minutes by public transportation. It was close to Gimpo Airport, and the breakfast was especially good value for money. It's nice that there are many convenience facilities around the hotel.

I've traveled to 11 countries, but this is the worst. Especially Frant's response service. The worst of the worst for me who has traveled 11 different countries. Specially the customer communication skill at the front.

The bedding is clean and comfortable, but the mat makes a spring sound. The mats seem to be mid-priced... The staff are friendly and I like salad, so the breakfast was good. However, I would like you to open it earlier for those who are taking the first flight, or to delay the hours a little longer for those who oversleep. And I wish the television was a little bigger.
