자주 사용하던 세탁소가 폐업을해서 월드크리닝에 맡겼습니다. 딸 아이 면 점퍼랑 남편 모직 상의 자켓 맡겼는데 어떨지 모르겠네요... 주변에 세탁소가 많이 없어지는 상황이고 가격도 오르고 있는 추세라 런드리고 이용할까...하다가 2개라서 직접 맡겼습니다~

Sent my padding jacket for cleaning and the sleeves came back shriveled. It wasn't expensive but I'd only had it for 3 months so I was upset. The owner said HQ would compensate and to wait 2-3 weeks, but it's been over a month and still no compensation. The owner just says it's handled by HQ's insurance company and there's nothing they can do — avoids calls and doesn't reply to texts. Keeps passing blame to HQ and ignoring me. I used to have a good impression but now I'm really disappointed.
