They always nail the hairstyle I want!

First visit, and they said they would cut the side hair naturally — but after it was done, the style looked awkward, almost like a high school athlete's cut. Then I got a down perm to fix it, but some parts stuck out while others went in, and the whole thing ended up looking like something chewed on it. They said they would handle everything themselves, so I assumed they had actually looked at my head shape and figured out the right approach — but maybe they just couldn't be bothered. I genuinely regret the 55,000 won. If you say you will handle it, at least do the basics. Even they seemed to know something was off — they kept nervously patting my hair and looking around. I was too scared to ask for more cuts in case they made it worse, so I just gave up. I was so angry I almost said something right there, but I wrote this review instead.
