Nisimuramen Yeonnambon

영업 시작 전에 대기 걸어서 브레이크타임 끝나고 바로 들어갔어요. 시오라멘 무난한 맛이에요. 파이탄라멘은 새로워요. 이때까지 먹었던 라멘 맛과 달랐어요. 버터향이 확 느껴지는데 이게 라멘이랑 조화로운 맛이라서 신기해요. 솥밥은 하나 시켜서 둘이서 나눠먹었어요. 맛있게 먹는 방법대로 먹으니 맛있었어요.

파이탄 라멘 차슈가 부드럽고 채썬파랑 면 두께가 비슷해서 씹을 때 어울려요 써있는 먹는방법 따라서 먹으면 좋습니다 그냥 먹다가 적당히 느끼해질 때쯤 청양고추 페스토 넣으면 최고 다음엔 시오라멘 먹으러올래요

깔끔한 느낌이고 면도 직접 하신거라 그런지 일반적인 라멘집보다 식감이 좋습니다.

라멘국물이 끝내주게 맛있네요~ 김이 가미된 오일국물도 맛있고 부드러운 닭고기와 차슈도 잘 어우러져 있어서 맛있네요~ 솥밥에는 치즈가루와 국물을 비벼서 리조토식으로 먹으니 또 색다른 맛입니다~

미슐랭 기준별 정의에 맞는 맛집 빕 구르망 (Bib Gourmand): 합리적인 가격(지역별 수준에 따라 상이)으로 좋은 요리를 제공하는 식당. 유니드라멘이 집 근처에 있어 두세번 가봤는데 캐릭터는 다르지만 비슷하거나 그 이상의 맛임. 최고였고 재방문의사100%

교카이파이탄 먹었습니다. 12시 20분쯤 갔고 사람 많이 없어서 바로 입장했어요. 닭 베이스 국물이 진하고 김 오일이 뭔가 밸런스 좋게 섞입니다. 차슈도 정말 맛있고 면은 딱딱하지 않고 보통보다 살짝 더 삶아진 느낌입니다 솥밥은 라멘 다 먹고 국물에 밥 말아먹으면 정말 맛있어요. 점심이라 못했지만 맥주 한 잔 하고 싶은 맛이에요.

매번 가야지 생각하고 있다가 드디어 방문하네요. 근래 먹은 라멘 중에 제일 맛있었습니다. 육수의 풍미며 깊은 맛이 정말 좋았고 기본 맛을 헤치지 않는 선에서 솥밥같은 별미도 정말 맘에 들었습니다.

Stumbled in while passing by and it turned out to be amazing! Not much of a wait so we grabbed a spot. Every menu item was special. Had the paiitan ramen — a new flavor for me but it was great! The cheese on the sotbap (stone pot rice) was unexpectedly perfect, and dipping it in the broth was so good I cleaned my plate haha Felt like I was in Japan. I'll be back~👍

The paitan broth is not salty and delicious. Chashu is average but the broth is clean, and the cheongyang gochu oil gives it a nice kick. You MUST add the sotbap (stone pot rice) for 4,000 won. The rice itself is tasty but the real move is mixing in the broth, cheese powder, and chili oil to make a risotto — that's the hidden gem!! Overall feels like a well-designed ramen shop where you can enjoy variety without getting bored. It's one-table seating but not uncomfortable. I wanted to try the shoyu ramen I had never had, but they said it was not available, so I went with the gyokai paitan. It is made with chicken bone broth — rich umami all the way through. The thin noodles have a lovely texture. Truly excellent ramen. 🔹 I think this place is easily top 3 for Japanese ramen in the area. The saltiness is on the aggressive side but still within acceptable range. You can order kama-meshi (clay pot rice) cooked fresh right there, and if you drop it into the broth at the end it is just like finishing with a risotto — deeply satisfying. 🔹 I wanted extra noodles, but that option is only on weekdays. 🔹 Arrived around 2:20 pm on a Sunday, walked right in with no wait. Waited about 20 minutes for the ramen to come out. Slurped it all down in 9 minutes and headed out — there was already a huge line outside. Almost 3 pm means break time soon... not my problem but I still felt bad for them 🪄 #ramen
