여러차례 방문했으나, 매번 증상에 맞는 적절한 처방을 받지 못하고 효과를 보지 못했습니다. 타 약국으로 옮겨 성분 차이에 대한 상세한 안내와 처방을 받고 문제를 해결하고 나니, 상담 전문성이나 응대 면에서 차이가 느껴집니다. 근무자가 바뀌어도 공통적으로 내방객에 대한 응대가 소극적이며 전문적인 상담을 기대하긴 어렵고, 가벼운 상비약 구매라면 모를까 증상 개선을 기대하고 방문하기엔 아쉬움이 큰 곳입니다.
