I wanted to get rid of the reddish tone, and they dyed it a matte brown with no red tint at all. The cut was great too, so I left feeling very comfortable with the whole service.

Thank you, designer Jihee, for always styling me calmly and with such care every time I come. Today, as always, you made it look beautiful without damaging my hair. I’ll come back next week for a root touch-up^^ And I definitely recommend Jihee-ssaem.

Not sure if there was a communication issue but the side bangs are so important for my face shape and both sides came out uneven :( Not sure if the cut itself went wrong.. They seemed to try to be thorough but overall it looks pretty much the same as before :(

This was already my second hair dye with Designer Jihee! This time she gave me a cinnamon brown color, and the shade looks soft and slightly ashy, so pretty💗 I have thin hair, so I was worried, but she really took care to minimize damage, and since getting my hair dyed here I haven’t worried much about it getting damaged🥹 She also cut my bangs, and I absolutely love them!! It’s easy to style, the color is beautiful, and overall I’m so, so happy with everything ~ It’s the kind of place I visit already excited to see what color I’ll get next👍🏻 If you’re thinking about dyeing your hair, I definitely recommend Jihee!!
