Sashimi meat is delicious

I ordered 500g each of yukhoe and yuksashimi to eat with the kids. I also bought sirloin and grilled it. The meat is really fresh, tender, and delicious.

I came here to eat pork belly and added beef, but they said I needed a parking ticket, so they said they couldn't give me a parking ticket for this price. I scraped 37,000 won. It wasn't about the money, but I was upset. They weren't particularly friendly. Please note. ^_^

I am writing a review after purchasing and tasting Korean beef from the Korean beef mix at Taekyung Livestock in Garak Market. The freshness of the meat displayed on the stand was felt, and the overall bright red color and neat texture were impressive. I purchased it with high expectations because it was Korean beef from Migyeong, but when I actually tasted it, it fully met my expectations. The Korean beef assortment consisted of various parts, so we were able to enjoy a variety of textures and flavors at once. Overall, the meat was very soft, and the marbling was not excessive, so it had a light and savory taste rather than greasiness. When I put it on the grill, the juices came out naturally and it didn't get tough, so I was able to enjoy it until the end. In particular, I got the impression that the quality was good because the deep flavor of the meat itself could be clearly felt even with just a little salt.

Taekyung Livestock, which handles Korean beef from Migyeong, is a trusted butcher shop that is a regular at Garak Market. I made braised ribs with LA galbi, and the meat was soft and juicy, so my family really enjoyed it. The rice cake soup made with brisket was also very satisfying as the soup was deep and rich. The meat quality is definitely different. This is a highly recommended regular restaurant :)

Taekyung Livestock is known as a place that handles Korean beef from Migyeong, so I visited with more expectations than usual. The condition of the meat on display at the stand was very clean, and the bright red color and fine marbling stood out, giving a sense of freshness at a glance. The Tupple Korean Beef Assortment was fun to eat by comparing the differences in texture and flavor as you can enjoy several parts at once. Overall, the meat was soft and had no unpleasant odor, so we were highly satisfied. In particular, thanks to the clean and light taste unique to Migyeong Korean beef, it was not overly greasy, so I was able to enjoy it without any burden until the end. When grilled, the meat was juicy and the texture of the meat was well released, giving it a luxurious texture while chewing. Onnuri gift certificates are available.

The meat is fresh! I asked for a holiday gift, and they even recommended the cuts for me 👍 I was surprised it was packed in Styrofoam since it was a gift, but the outer wrapping was still nicely done.
