When grilled on the hot plate, it stays crispy on the outside and juicy inside, which is exactly what premium samgyeopsal should be. It’s delicious even with just a little salt, and it’s been a long time since I ate samgyeopsal that I wanted to enjoy on its own without ssam. "So samgyeopsal can taste this clean and deep." If you like samgyeopsal, I definitely recommend Dosan Jeongyuk Black Signature samgyeopsal. 100% planning to buy again.

The meat is sooo good! Zero gamey smell and they said it's aged meat — honestly the best I've ever had!!! For real!!! This is one of my absolute favorite meat places 😭 The staff is so nice too, and they explain all the side dishes really well!! Wishing the owner great success! 🫶🫶🫶🫶

Visited on a weekday evening without a reservation and they were really accommodating. The meat quality was truly outstanding, and especially manager Kang Hanbyeol grilled everything so perfectly that the satisfaction level was through the roof! So grateful to manager Kang Hanbyeol for the wonderful service — we had a fantastic evening with friends. Great for both casual gatherings and company dinners! Will definitely come back, 200%.
