This is a famous Iljjang baked snack restaurant in Mangwon-dong. What's so delicious about eating hwinangsi? I thought so, but after trying Bayerisher Finangsi, it was so delicious that it became my favorite. Financier terrine, tigre basque cake, etc. are all really delicious. I visited to give a gift to an acquaintance. I was able to choose and package various types of food that I had tried before, and the packaging box was also neat, so it was great for choosing.

They also showed me how to cut it nicely, but I was a poor hand so I couldn't make it pretty, so it was a shame, but as soon as I took a bite, I couldn't stop eating it. Tigre cannelé, Financier, Basque cheesecake, terrine, and egg tart are all delicious. I'll get them next time I go. Haha.

I'm a regular here when I live in Mangwon-dong, and every friend who comes to visit takes me there because they say it's really good, and I'm very proud that they say it's so delicious. The baked snacks and cakes are all delicious and good as gifts, so I go there often these days. I bought matcha green tea for the first time, and it's rich and delicious, just the way I like it!! Basque cheesecake is also great to eat with coffee.

It's been a while since I stopped by the Mangwon market. I bought some of my favorite tigres, madeleines, and financiers. The tigres were really crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, and had a heavy taste, so they were really delicious. The financiae were as delicious as expected, but the madeleines were better than I expected. The vanilla cream on top made them even more delicious. Next time, I'll have to buy the terrine and cake, too.

I went for the matcha mousse, but it wasn't available, so I simply bought Earl Gray Tigre and Chocolate Tigre. I bought it around lunchtime and ate it in the early evening, but the outside was still crispy... The ganache melts smoothly in my mouth, and I really like the texture of the chocolate chunks melted in the batter. I definitely have to buy terrine next time! When you go on a bread tour in Mangwon-dong, try some Buyerisher Tigre!
