Flan is delicious any time you eat it. But in this house, you must try these sabre cookies. Please, definitely. If I eat this, I won't be able to put another cookie in my mouth anymore. The buttery flavor and dough density are crazy, and if you eat it cool, it tastes otherworldly. Sabre has become my favorite over flan haha. I liked the new snowflake flan because it had a sweeter flavor (but I don't like dried fruit, so I'm a little dissatisfied with the raspberry-studded one).

A co-worker bought me a flan that I tried and fell in love with! I visited in person today and the owner was very kind and thank you so much for making it look pretty even though I told you it was a hassle to package it! I was so touched that they even gave me a cup of warm tea on a cold evening! The flan full of vanilla beans is so delicious~^^♡

I received it as a gift from a friend and it was so delicious that I went to the store and bought a lot ❤️ I'm going to keep it, eat it, and share it with my family. Unlike commonly eaten egg tarts, it has less egg taste and has a strong custard + vanilla flavor, so I like it. The texture is not as soft as if it falls apart, but I really like the moderate softness that is softer than cheesecake... The price is reasonable, and the packaging is luxurious, so I think everyone will be satisfied with the taste no matter who you give it as a gift. A visit to Sangsu Dessert House is a must.

I went to Hongdae and found Flan while searching for a nearby egg tart restaurant. I liked the scone-like style of the tart rather than pastry, so I went there. I was impressed by the friendly explanation of the delicious French egg tart flan and the warm corn tea provided as well. The filling had a slightly different texture from the egg tart. It feels a bit firmer than the pudding texture. It's different from Etta. The tart was like a soft cookie or scone. It was sweet and delicious.

I bought it to eat on a trip to the Han River, and it was so delicious. It feels even more special because it's a French flan that isn't common in Korea. It's well-balanced and luxuriously sweet. There's also a lot of vanilla bean, the caramelization is just right, and the pie is perfect 👍👍

I was very satisfied after seeing it for the first time and buying it about two years ago, and I stopped by twice recently and bought it. I bought spring flower flan and regular flan, brought them home and stocked them up to eat at home for dessert on the weekend, and I feel rich! It's friendly, delicious, and everything. Pleasant purchase! If I stop by Sangsu, I have to go buy it again.... hehe

I was curious because I heard it was a French egg tart restaurant. The flan is a baked dessert with a crispy crust filled with soft custard. I liked that the packaging was pretty and included a desiccant. It felt very different from the pie + egg bread(?)-like egg tarts I've been eating. It felt somewhat similar to a cheesecake. It was a combination of a cookie-like tart and a filling with a rich vanilla scent. I ate it after storing it in the refrigerator for about 3 days, and it felt more chewy and chewy, making it more delicious. I think I understand why it is aged after baking. It was delicious!

I often buy one or two on my way by, but today I stopped by after seeing the news that a seasonal product, spring flower flan, had been released. While the usual original is heavy and richly sweet, Spring Flower Flan has a nice balance of subtle scents and a soft yet light cream. It's fun to compare and eat, but it goes without saying that it's delicious. It's a great dessert restaurant😋😋
