Seongbukdong BBanggongjang

엊그제 방문 후 지인들과 재방문 했습니다. 커피와 함께 좀 더 다양한 빵맛을 즐겨보려 합니다. 식사 후지만 다들 이곳 빵을 좋아라 하시네요. 주말이라 대중교통으로도 오기 힘든 곳이지만 일부러 찾는 분들이 많습니다. 전날 보다 다양한 빵들이 있어 이것저것 맛을 보았네요. 연탄빵과 어니언크림치즈도 좋았고 맘모스는 달콤했어요.치즈퐁듀빵은 올리브발사믹소스에 찍어 먹으니 풍미를 한층 더 돋굽니다. 다들 좋아라 하네요. 좋은 분위기로 커피와 함께 잘먹었습니다.

매 번 지나치기만 하다가 마음 먹고 오픈런 했습니다. 오픈런 하면 주차하기도 좋고, 여유있게 빵을 고를 수 있어 좋았습니다. 워낙 사람들이 많아 기대를 했는데, 생각보다 평범한 맛들이었어요. 그래도 성북동에서 유명한 빵공장 와봐서 좋았습니다. 구매한 빵들 중에는 개인적으로 몽블랑이 가장 맛있었네요. 잘 먹었습니다.

빵 포장하는 순서만 바꿔서 넣어주셨어도 몽블랑 위 딸기나 생크림이 무너지지 않을텐데, 전혀 신경써주시지 않네요. 포장 직후에 찍은 사진입니다. 어디 흔들지도 않았는데, 가족들에게 선물하는 마음으로 사가는데, 작은 배려 조금만 해주시면 그 날 한 가족은 조금더 기분 좋게 빵 즐길 수 있을 것 같아요.

<< 성북동빵공장 >> 2026년 새해 첫날, 성북동 면옥집에 방문했는데 사람들이 많아서 대기가 1 시간이나 걸리는 거예요. 그래서 성북동면옥집에서 같이 운영하는 빵집에 들렀어요. 식사를 해야 하기 때문에 빵을 적게 먹어야 하는데 좋아하는 빵들이 많아서 고르는데 고민을 많이 했어요^^ [ 주문 ] 스윗칠리 데니쉬 ₩6,800 우유크림 카스텔라 ₩5,800 명란소금빵 ₩4,800 초코스콘 ₩4,500 Ice 아메리카노 ₩6,500 마차라떼 ₩6,500 좋아하는 마차라떼는 양이 좀 작았는데 아쉬웠어요. 덕분에 배가 차지 않았어요.(?) 다행히 40분만에 호출 받고 성북동면옥집으로 입장~

성북동면옥집 들렀으면 바로옆에 성북동빵공장까지 들러야된다더라구요 맛있어보이는 빵이 많았는데 배가불러서 몇개못골라와서 아쉽 ㅜ 시간이 많았으면 좀 즐기고 싶었는데 그게 안돼서 또 아쉬웠어요 ㆅ

Walking up the Seongbuk-dong hill, you'll catch the rich smell of bread through the wide windows — that's Seongbuk-dong Bread Factory. The spacious interior and diverse bakery menu make it a great spot for gatherings too. All their bread is made with their own naturally cultivated yeast, premium flour, and Andes lake salt. No artificial additives — just patiently baked with care, producing bread healthy enough for the whole family to enjoy 🥖

So nice to have a bakery like this in the neighborhood. Rather than being flashy, they focus on the basics, which gave me confidence while choosing. The bread is generally light and not over the top — the kind you can eat every day without guilt. Crispy outside, moist inside — especially great as meal bread. The shop vibe is calm and clean, giving off a "cozy neighborhood bakery" feel. This will be a Seongbuk-dong bakery I keep coming back to. Will definitely revisit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had dinner next door then came right over. Lots of seats and bread still available so I went on a shopping spree. Nothing super special but great variety and everything tasted good. Super convenient being right next to the restaurant — handled dinner and dessert all in one spot! ^^ Two floors so plenty of seating.

Stopped by while strolling through Seongbuk-dong with a friend who just moved to the area. This place is truly a master's house. Leaving with great company and great memories.

I heard this was a great bakery so I hunted it down on a cold day — it's in a pretty steep and unique spot! I had the kaymak brioche and the strawberry pandoro. This place is clearly a pandoro specialist!! I first discovered pandoro somewhere in Seongsu — back then I bought it just for the look and that was it — but the strawberry pandoro here was genuinely amazing!! I want to eat it again, and next time I visit I'll definitely get the pandoro!!
