It was said that on the third day of the ancestral rites, it rained so they prepared raincoat. The place that serves authentic Japanese ramen near Mt. Ujang is Ichiban Ramen Ramen. It is a local restaurant that has been in business for quite a long time in this area. It is tonkotsu ramen with the deep taste of pork soaked in the soup, and it is a taste that is always felt even in Japan. The noodles are Hakata-style hosomen, thin noodles. The noodles are perfect, and there are two thickly sliced ​​chashu, which makes you feel full after eating them. I think the bean sprouts added to the texture when I chewed them. I personally like bean sprouts, but here in tonkotsu ramen, they are seen as a true tea. The taste reminds me of the time when I was addicted to Japanese ramen for a while and was excited to visit Japan when thinking about ramen. This is Japanese tonkotsu ramen that you can truly experience in Korea.
