Sinyuramen

The rice was refilled, so I had a filling lunch!!! The Ebi fried shrimp are really plump and delicious. I plan to come back next time to eat the curry haha.

I went there because it was newly opened, and the katsudon was really tasty and plentiful. I want to try ramen next time.

Mala Ramen is delicious

The owner pays great attention to the salinity and quality of the ramen. They were very friendly and I felt good while eating. Highly recommended!

I ordered Myeongseokuramen. There are two levels of spiciness: level 1 (Shin Ramyun level) and level 2 (very spicy), so I ordered level 1. It may vary from person to person, but it wasn't very spicy. Although the portion is not large, it has various toppings and is fun to look at. Here, bowls of rice are provided for free, so it's perfect for eating when you don't have enough food.

Ebatsudon's pork cutlet is not boiled together with eggs and sauce, but is served separately. Meanwhile, the pork cutlet is so thick that it is very dry and difficult to eat without the sauce. I don't know if it's made this way at the original store, but it's very different from the katsudon I generally know. It's just pork cutlet and rice.

This is Myeongseoku, a Japanese ramen restaurant in Daesung Dipolis, Gasan :) I had been excited about it since it opened, so I decided to go there, but I finally visited in the evening :) There were too many people during lunch, so I looked for a quiet time and targeted it~~^^ Free parking is available in the building when using the store, so it's good to come from outside and use it~ Since there was Myeongseoku Ramen, it seemed like a signature dish, so I ordered it right away and added curry tonkatsu and shrimp eggs. So that the two of us wouldn't fight. Haha, the rich soup is delicious. It's spicy enough (you can choose). You can add minced garlic and Cheongyang peppers, but I put too much garlic... but it's still delicious~^^ It's a Japanese ramen restaurant after all!! The store is spacious and has a variety of seats, so it's great for dining alone or with a group. It's great to enjoy with simple side dishes at the self-service bar!

It tastes like ramen made with commercially available sauce.. I chose spicy, but I was surprised to find that it only tasted like capsaicin. I've been to all the famous ramen restaurants so far, but this is the first time I've been to a place like this. It's spicy with something like this... Absolutely no luxurious taste. It's just the taste of capsaicin added to a ramen meal kit... I have no intention of visiting again.
