I had medium spicy tonkotsu ramen, but the broth was light so it was less spicy than Shin Ramyun. If you want something spicy, you might want to choose the spicy level! And there aren't many ramen restaurants around, but it was delicious. The turnover rate is fast and the owner shows you to your seat right away. The owner is very kind and you'll hit the jackpot!!

This is Namiru Ramen, a restaurant in Gasan that I went to because I was craving ramen in the chilly weather. Ordering at the kiosk, I added noodles to the standard ramen tonkotsu ramen and chose menbosha as a side. Because I'm a pig who eats alone^^ After ordering, I waited about 10 minutes for the food to come out. It was great that the owner kindly explained each and every detail of the food we ordered. There was a garlic crusher along with the ramen, and when I looked at the table, I saw that the whole garlic was used up that day. Like Koreans, add 2 cloves of garlic and press firmly. The noodles were plentiful and the broth was especially delicious. The chashu came out thin like marbled meat and was good to eat. Menbosha is easy to eat as it doesn't fall apart when you bite into it, so it's great as a side! You can also eat rice at the self-service bar near the entrance, so in these days of expensive prices, we give you a double scoop.
