My boyfriend visited the famous palette bread restaurant, Seoul Bread Palette^^ The concept was so interesting that I visited full of curiosity. When I tried the tasting bread, it was softer and fluffier than other restaurants. I love that you can enjoy 12 flavor spreads there. I couldn't choose from 12 flavors, but it was a good selection, so I ordered it. I enjoyed it with the peach milk tea added to the bangsho.

Seoul Bread Palette Seorae Main Branch is a great place to enjoy brunch in Seorae Village. The soft yet chewy texture of raw bread is impressive, and it is fun to eat with over 30 different spreads. It was also nice to be able to enjoy several flavors at once with the sampler palette, and the Cucumber Cream Cheese Open Toast is a menu that combines the refreshing taste of fresh cucumber and the nutty flavor of cream cheese. The atmosphere of the space combined with concrete and chandeliers is also unique, making it a memorable Seorae Village brunch cafe.

I visited the recently opened Seoul Bread Palette, and it is a really unique store. I liked the unique concept of allowing bread to be served with a variety of sauces. I chose the truffle mushroom because I wanted to eat more, but next time I will order bread with the sauce and try it. The interior is neat and clean, which is nice. The interior space is spacious, so I think women will like it. Even though I visited at 14:00 on a Saturday, it seemed like all the breads were already sold out. If you're visiting on a holiday or weekend, I recommend going a little earlier.

The soup was good as both were edible without anything special. The open sandwich was pretty and tasted good. The meat smelled a little like meat, but it wasn't overpowering, so I enjoyed it. The Amber coffee bean coffee was delicious, which I like. The signature latte was also moderately sweet and savory! I enjoyed it impressively.
