딸기, 샤인머스켓 조각케익 사갔는데 너무 맛있어요!! 날이 추워서 그런진 몰라도 냉장고에 2일 보관했는데도 상태가 좋았어요!!!! 샤인머스켓 케익시트에는 얼그레이가 콕콕박혀있어서 더욱 향긋하네요❤️

가족들과 모여서 먹었는데, 6세부터 70세까지 모두 행복한 맛입니다 !!! 또 주문할 것같아요 ~~~

Was celebrating mom's birthday at a nearby restaurant and grabbed these last minute — the strawberry shortcake was delicious. The choco banana was a bit too rich though~

특별한 날에 진짜 귀한 케익은 무조건 서래케이크! 신라호텔 출신 파티셰님의 섬세한 케익들을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 특히 애플망고케이크는 비싼만큼 차원이 달라요. 잘 후숙된 과일, 크림의 당도,촉촉한 시트 이 모든게 전체적으로 발란스를 잃지 않고 완벽한 맛을 유지합니다. 저는 사실 과일생크림케익을 그닥 좋아하지 않은데 (남편이 좋아해서 가끔 먹어요) 그럼에도 이곳의 생크림케익은 늘 먹을 때 정말 맛있다는 생각이 듭니다. 그 외에도 녹차덕후& 초코순이인 저는 그린티초코 초코바나나를 너무너무 좋아합니다. 뭐 그냥.. 입에서 사르르 녹아 없어집니다. 할 말이 없게 만드는 맛! 리뷰이벤트도 없는데 리뷰를 굳이 쓰고 싶게 만드는 진정한 케익 장인의 맛집이 바로 서래케이크 입니다. 셰프님 오래오래 건강하세욥 ㅎㅎㅎ

과일 자체가 신선해서 맛있었어요 망고가 특히 엄청 맛있더라구요!

Had a Sachertorte. Apricot jam spread between chocolate cake layers. The apricot jam smooths out the intense chocolate flavor nicely. The top was firm/crunchy and the bottom had a softer texture. The ceiling is a bit low. You order the cake and the owner brings it to your table personally.

The strawberries were tasty last time, so I bought them again, and this time I also got the Sachertorte that was sold out before! Next time I want to try the chocolate banana too.
