I had water parsley pork belly and it was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the grilled kimchi was really delicious!

That's right!!! I tried thinly sliced ​​raw pork belly and red pepper paste pork belly, and I also tried an extra serving of raw pork belly, and it was all delicious👍 The pot lid tends to stick a bit due to the strong heat, so I recommend thick raw pork belly!!! The gochujang pork belly seasoning was not too sweet or too spicy and was just delicious. There are various kinds of ssam vegetables at the self-serve menu. I have never seen a place like this before!!!! Perilla leaf lettuce and green lettuce are the basics, as well as chicory, mustard greens, and cabbage… ..🥺 I visited a little after lunch time, and there was only our table, so I chatted a few words with the owner and had a quiet meal. It was nice haha. Word has spread, so I think it will be nice to have a crowded atmosphere as there are more customers. 😊

It was so delicious when I ate it between meals of pork belly. Of course, pork belly tastes best when eaten with the lid of the pot!! The fried rice is also really good.. I will come back soon when I have time. I hope they stay open for a long time.

And when I tell them that the fern I first brought had a sour smell, they first said it was because it was Chinese fern, but later they seasoned it with homemade soy sauce and brought me a separate plate. The bracken they gave me later didn't have a sour smell.. When I ordered kimchi rolled noodles, the noodles came out different from before and were soft and dry. I asked if the recipe had changed. Before I said yes, it tasted like Manghyang noodles and it was delicious, but this time I just added boiled somen to commercial broth and sprinkled some dried seaweed powder on it. It didn't taste good. When it opened, there were so many people that I couldn't eat it, but I think I know why the number of customers has dropped. I don't think I'll go again, I'm so disappointed. Only the meat and drinks were good...
