Sundubuwacheonggukjang Gasan

살아남는 자가 강하다. 7년 전 내가 처음 가산에 왔을 때도 이미 있었던 음식점. 서비스는 좋다고 말하지 못하겠고, 음식 염도도 낮아 조금 심심하고, 가격은 평범하다. 근데 청국장 맛이 계속 생각난다. 맛있어요.

I heard from the staff that this place was delicious, and I finally ate it haha. It was spicy, but it was spicy and spicy, and the rice was bibimbap, so it made me feel fuller and was good. It's a bit distant from the company, but it's delicious so I think I'll go again next time.

It was spicy soft tofu, but it had a slightly cheonggukjang-like savory feel to it, so I enjoyed it with a very rich taste!! You can get a jeon and meal set for 12000, so you can eat and drink alone🍺 The spicy soft tofu stew is very clean with a seafood base!

These days, I tried soft tofu and cheonggukjang (cheonggukjang) while eating dinner in the neighborhood. My husband and I are meat lovers, and the owner kindly came and explained to us that the raw meat is stir-fried with seasoning immediately upon ordering. It wasn't spicy, salty, or sweet, and had just the right taste of pork! I especially liked the thickness of the meat and the proportion of lean meat. I don't like too much fat, but the soft tofu and side dishes all taste healthy. It was delicious and I definitely didn't crave too much water after eating, so it seems like I'm eating healthily. I want to visit again next time and try Cheonggukjang~~^^ It was a good meal~~~^^

Stopped by after visiting a broadcasting station. Food was meh... service was rock bottom... I don't even expect friendliness but something felt off. I don't even live in this neighborhood but never want to go back.

Since the restaurant name is Sundubu & Cheonggukjang, I was curious about the cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) so I came back. But honestly the sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu stew) is better! I expected the cheonggukjang to be spicy but it was actually mild and thick. I prefer spicy, clear broths so next time I'll go back to the sundubu haha

Tasty, generous portions, and good side dishes too. Great value for the price and totally worth it~! These days, restaurants need to be worth it in terms of satisfaction too ^^ I ate well and left full!
