There are many pork belly restaurants in Sadang Station, but I would definitely recommend Samdong Restaurant. We, two big eaters, had 2 servings of cold ginseng + 2 servings of raw ginseng + jaggery + steamed egg + pine sherbet + beer, which was very hearty and delicious. This place is definitely a place we will visit again,, first of all!! The cold pork belly is different from the cold ginseng I've eaten elsewhere, and the meat quality is really good. They say they use first-grade domestically produced pork, quick-frozen, and it doesn't taste like non-woven(?) like other places, and it's really... no, try it. It's really delicious. It was even better because I could keep taking it myself with unlimited refills of bracken and water parsley!! There are other famous samgyeopsal restaurants in Sadang that charge extra for water parsley, so I went there once and don't go because of the costume, but the owner here is very friendly and the meat is really soft and the side dishes are all delicious.
