This is a Sadang cold ginseng restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the scallops and various vegetables. The seating is spacious, so it's great for company dinners. It's not just cold ginseng, but the rich flavor of scallops and vegetables was good :)

I went to Sadang Station to run errands, saw the sign, and went in. I wanted to try cold ginseng for the first time in a while, so I ordered Samgyeop Samhap. It's a composition that can be called the epitome of cold ginseng. The quality of the meat was so great. The color and freshness of the meat were so good, and the vegetables were so fresh that it was a waste to grill them. The combination of water parsley, fern, and green onion was so good, and the red-set spicy sauce was not too spicy and cleaned up the greasy appetite. It allows you to eat unlimited amounts of meat. You have to be careful with the spicy sauce. It keeps you eating meat. I was curious about the signature product called Sunjol, so I tried it. It was spicy yet sweet, like a combination of tteokbokki and soft tofu, so it was great as a side dish or as a drink. Even though it was a meat restaurant, it didn't smell like meat and I enjoyed it comfortably. The meat was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it. I highly recommend it.

I went to Peekaboo Pig Sadang Samgyeopsal, a meat restaurant at Exit 5 of Sadang Station. This is a hidden restaurant that everyone probably knows, but it's the place to go when you want to eat cold ginseng. It's a shrine so it's easy to meet up with fellow Seoulites, and it's right near the station, so it's good to go home. The Naengsamsamhap is delicious, and the Jeolla-do aged eunji here is a kick. And this sausage that comes as a service!! This and sunjol are spicy if you take a bite after eating meat 👍👍 If you replenish right away without interrupting the flow and add cheese to the fried rice at the end, the fried rice becomes soft❤️ It's been a while since I had a fitting and I gained 2 kilos, but it was so delicious haha.

Samgyeop Samhap is really delicious. It is a combination of raw pork belly, frozen pork belly made in Geumnaeng, scallops, mushrooms, and aged kimchi wrapped together. The taste of the aged kimchi, while still being strong, goes well with the meat and kimchi, enriching the palate. The scallops are fresh and the meat is also fresh and well-cooked without being greasy. The raw pork belly is delicious, the pork belly is good, and most of all, all the side dishes are delicious. The price is reasonable, but it is also a great option for a company dinner or gathering.

I had lunch with my daughter at Peekaboo Pig Sadang Pork Belly, a cold ginseng restaurant near Sadang Station. Wow, the atmosphere is great for group gatherings, and the pork belly samhap, donchadol, and gabri sal were so delicious. The Samgyeop Samhap came as a three-piece set with lots of vegetables, so we were able to eat it together with grilled clams. Not only is it fresh, but the combination of flavors is impressive. The aged kimchi was especially delicious, and it was made from Jeolla-do. When we grilled it together on an open fire, it had a savory and refreshing taste. I didn't drink alcohol because it was a daytime drink, but if I drink it with alcohol, it seems like it will last forever. I highly recommend it if you are meeting at a shrine^^

Samhap is so delicious, you must try it!

The meat is of good quality and delicious. The samhap is good, and the clams are plump so it tastes good when chewing. Plus, the cold ginseng is not too thin and just the right thickness to eat, so it was comfortable. It's a great place to visit when you go hiking at Sadang Station and have a group dinner, and the atmosphere isn't bad.
